- Maintain and optimise website performance
- Provide technical support to website users
Client Services
- Assist accounts team in client web design project specifications
- Deliver and co-ordinate client web design and hosting services
- Brief and manage freelance designers
- Adhere to the highest quality and customer service standards
Technical knowledge required:
XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, code optimisation, website accessibility
JSP, PHP. MySQL, Java, ASP, XML, database design and architecture
Standard web authoring, graphic deaign and publishing software
Linux host server setup and management, Apache Tomcat application
Open-source software and website management tasks, processes and tools
